This custom 6” Japanese-inspired Santoku Knife is made of 1084 carbon steel, polished to a clean satin finish with custom brass mosaic and stainless steel pins. The spine and choil of the blade has been rounded for comfort, sporting a beautiful vine filework pattern on the handle. The wood scales are made of dyed and resin-stabilized Big Leaf Maple and Cocobolo, framed by black and white G-10 liners. The saya, or sheath, made from Cherry, sports a personalized message on the back. This is a very attractive piece.

Care instructions are included with the knife. Handwash YES, dishwasher NO!
